I'm not receiving the sign-in code

The code is emailed instantly. If it doesn't arrive within a minute:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Confirm the email address is correct — go back, tap “use a different email,” and try again.
• Some corporate email systems delay messages from new senders by several minutes. If it's not arriving after five, write to us and we'll check the send logs.

The code I typed didn't work

Codes expire after one hour and each code can only be used once. If yours isn't accepted, ask for a new one with “Send the code” and use the freshest email in your inbox.

How do I export my data?

Open the menu (hamburger icon, top left of Today) → scroll to “your data” → tap “Export my data.” You'll download a JSON file with every bag, shot and gear entry you've logged.

How do I delete my account?

Same menu → “your data” → tap “Delete my account.” You'll see a confirmation step. Once confirmed, the account and all associated data are permanently removed.

The grind dial is showing dashes

That happens before the first grind value is logged for the active bag. Tap the + button (or tap the dashes themselves to type) and the value will be saved as the current setting.

The clean reminder appeared

Burrs accumulate oils and fines after roughly two weeks of regular use, and stale grinds compromise extraction. Snooze it or tap “I cleaned it” once you have. We don't track how often you actually clean — the reminder is yours.
